It was staged almost sure, as she found her way easily around him. But he may also be a cool dude, who is her fan (not necessary crazy), and - why not? - a wannabe!

Oh I didn't even understand what I had to look for at first but after glancing at some of the comments I see what you mean now. Yeah, she starts laughing without even looking at the guy - I actually thought that guy was part of the act!

Yeah, he's crazy, could improve his dancing style a bit, but still better than the audience just standing motionless and staring/holding up cameras.
at minute 2:37 you can see a second guy on the stage right side ;)

The truth is Jeannie Hsieh invited this guy to dance with her. You can see that she was encouraging him at the beginning. Jeannie Hsieh is always a nice girl/lady. Here's another funny guy on Jeannie Hsieh's left hand side too ^^
