Those girls should have performance later, because I saw them wearing thick makeup with the exaggerated tall bun, I guessed they would perform traditional Chinese dance at a ceremony that day. So they don't make the "aerial" on their head always, only when they do the shows. :-P

I'd go with joystick or disco stick. I have never seen this one in the Philippines. The Asians are not new to trendy yet weird hairstyles.
