I don't care what anyone says. Obama is a great guy and doing a great job as President. He assumed office during one of the worst times in recent American history and is doing a fine job so far. He can't do everything, but he's doing everything he can. America will be a better place for having him in charge. I can't wait to vote for him again.

@Brad, I couldn't agree more with you. He seems like a sincere guy that you would love to have as a friend (unlike Bush). He always said before he won, that he will make mistakes. That's why I like his honesty the most. I know he will have to be dishonest sometimes, cover up things. That's the nature of a presidency. But at least we know he won't do it for some selfish ideological agenda (like Bush & Cheney did), but probably to protect himself or US interests. That's legit in my eyes. He is loved by many, but there's people who hate him more than the libs hated Bush. He really needs to be really cautious.

Very true. The fact that he's very plain spoken and open with people is one of the reasons he's so popular. People are tired of feeling like the government is hiding things from them. Obama lets everyone know what's going on so that sits well with the common voter.
